Exporting Your Data

You can export your data from storq.io at any time as CSV files. Exports are useful for backups, analysis in spreadsheets, or migrating to another system.

What You Can Export

• Products - name, SKU, barcode, prices, stock levels, and custom fields
• Customers - name, email, company, addresses, and VAT number
• Orders - order number, date, status, customer, line items, and totals
• Invoices - invoice number, date, customer, amounts, and payment status
• Stock Movements - date, product, zone, type, quantity, and user

How to Export

1. Navigate to the section you want to export (e.g. Products).
2. Apply any Filters to narrow the data if needed.
3. Click the Export CSV button.
4. The file downloads to your computer immediately.

Large Exports

For accounts with a large number of records, the export may take a few seconds to generate. The file will download automatically when it is ready.

Data Portability

Your data belongs to you. CSV exports contain all fields visible in the dashboard, so you always have a complete copy of your information outside of storq.io.
